Predicate - Glossary of Terms
The predicate is the part of the sentence that makes a
statement about the subject. The predicate usually tells what the
subject is doing, or what is happening to the subject.
telegram contained exciting news.
in our office are experienced instructors.
made a daisy chain over 15 feet long.
